The book will need to communicate three different but concurrent realities: waking life, natural dreams, and manufactured dreams. Starting off focused on the experience of a few individuals, the story's scope will expand until it encompasses the galaxy.
This graphic novel would not benefit from a unique design voice. As it is an epic based on a complex premise that must represent the full spectrum of waking to dreaming, the aesthetics should recede and approximate the current comic book style.
